1. Structure and working principle
-A continuous mixer consists of a casing, a shaft, blades, a reduction motor, etc.
-There are two types of casings: cylindrical and U-shaped groove. One side of the casing is equipped with a quick opening door for maintenance purposes;
-The blade is connected to the shaft with bolts and nuts, and the blade angle is adjustable;
-The reduction motor has direct connection, belt and chain transmission; There are fixed speed and infinite speed regulation.
Materials enter the mixer through the feeding port, and auxiliary materials or additives enter the mixer through the auxiliary material port. The motor drives the mixer shaft to rotate,
The blades on the shaft flip and throw the material, while the reverse and forward blades create a certain convection of the material; The spiral formed by the blade transports the material towards the outlet; Mixing materials and working continuously.

2. Characteristics
2.1 Good mixing effect. We have set a certain number of reverse blades in the axial direction according to a certain pattern to create convection in the material;
2.2 Adjustable speed. If equipped with a speed regulating or frequency regulating motor, the working speed of the mixer can be adjusted up to 120r/min. The materials are thoroughly mixed through various processes such as agitation, convection, and throwing inside the machine.
2.3 Adjustable blade angle. Different users have different requirements for mixing uniformity. By adjusting the blade angle, the processing capacity can be changed.
2.4 Easy to operate. There are two maintenance doors on the cylinder body, and after shutdown, the operator can easily adjust the angle of each blade outside the machine.
2.5 No dead corners. The arrangement of propeller blades enables the materials inside the machine to be mixed evenly, resulting in minimal residue inside the machine.

3. Installation
The continuous mixer can be installed on a flat ground or steel frame and must be fastened with bolts; During installation, use a level to measure the surface of the foundation, with a height error of no more than 1mm.
A straight pipe should be installed under the discharge port of the mixer to ensure smooth discharge and prevent blockage of the material into the machine, which may cause blockage.
4. Use
The feed should be stable. We can use the spiral feeder produced by our department for feeding, with one machine for each material to ensure that it meets the proportioning requirements and enters the mixer evenly, ensuring consistent product quality after mixing. The suction port must draw in air with low wind speed to maintain a slight negative pressure inside the machine and prevent the suction of material powder.
